to preserve the life of your gems, please follow these few guidelines :
- never use jewelry cleaner on nikko blu jewelry
- protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it before swimming, showering, exercising, washing hands, & before applying any products that contain alcohol such as perfume, lotion or hair products
- never expose your jewelry to water or harsh detergents

we stand behind every piece of jewelry & their quality; however, if your jewelry should be exposed to any of the above products, tarnishing may occur.  tarnishing may also be caused by the skin's natural pH levels.

return & exchange policy

we have a return policy on our jewelry
sale items are not eligible for exchange & are final sale
if clothing is unworn with tags, it can be returned for an ONLINE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of purchase. NO RETURNS on shoes, bralettes, handbags & gift cards. all sale items are FINAL SALE - no returns or exchanges.
we only exchange jewelry if the piece has a manufacture defect.
