Nikko Blu Designs is a beautiful dream that came true ~ each piece is hand-created with love & in return needs to be treated with love. All the jewelry is crafted from the following high-quality materials - 14K gold plated brass, 14K rose gold plated brass, sterling silver or platinum brass & rhodium plated brass.

To preserve the life of your gems, please follow these few guidelines :
- Never use jewelry cleaner on Nikko Blu jewelry
- Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it before swimming, showering, exercising, washing hands, & before applying any products that contain alcohol such as perfume, lotion or hair products.
- Never expose your jewelry to water or harsh detergents

We stand behind every piece of jewelry & their quality; however, if your jewelry should be exposed to any of the above products, tarnish may occur. Tarnishing may also be caused y the skin's natural pH levels.

Return & Exchange Policy For United States Only No returns or exchanges for international orders due to shipping issues/time
Clothing - 
We only offer STORE CREDIT for clothing unworn, with original tags within 7 days of purchase. No RETURNS or STORE CREDIT for shoes, gift cards, Fragrances & bralettes.

Jewelry - 
We do not accept returns on any of our jewelry; we only exchange jewelry if the piece has a manufacture defect. Sale items, final sale items and home fragrances are not eligible for exchange & are final sale.

If you need to exchange an item, You can request it online or email us at  nikkobluboutique@icloud.com to advise us of your reason for exchange & a representative will respond within 1-2 days.

Repair Policy
We understand accidents happen ~ our gems can be repaired by following these simple steps :
- Please send an email to nikkobluboutique@icloud.com with a picture of the broken item(s) & a representative will get back to you within 1-2 days.

** the repair charges will be assessed in the email response // shipping costs are at the customer's expense **
